The nutritional leader

The busy laboratories of the American Root Farmers Federation (ARFF) have confirmed the findings on the nutritional content of certain root vegetables previously reported in The Complete Book of Vitamins and Minerals for Health, published by Prevention magazine. And once again, the rutabaga triumphs easily over its competitors. The specifics follow:
VITAMIN C [mg. per 1/2-oz. serving]:
18.60 - Rutabaga
06.45 - potato
04.68 - beet
09.05 - turnip

CALCIUM [mg. per 1/2 oz. serving]
36.00 - Rutabaga
27.00 - potato
09.00 - beet
17.15 - turnip
ARSI studies have also found that the rutabaga is rich in a multitude of trace elements that don't naturally occur among its competitors, including: proactinium, osmium, unilloctium, strontium, dysprosium, antimony, praseodymium, gadolinium and yterrbium. The lanthanide and actinide series are abundantly represented as well
DISCLAIMER: ARSI neither warrants nor implies any health benefits arising from the presence of trace elements, actinides or lanthanides in rutabaga.
Here's some additional nutritional data for 100 grams or 3.5 oz. of rutabaga, as compiled by the good folks at Vegetarians in Paradise in their article Rutabagas - An Uncommon Treat:

This message pertains not to physical health, but to mental health. What do reoccurring dreams involving rutabagas signify? For instance, in one dream I am chopping rutabagas with a ginsu knife, and inside of one I discover a tiny Russian doll. In another, I am eating mashed rutabaga with my bare hands while conversing with Pope Leo III and the helmsman of the Titanic.

Please help me, as I feel these dreams may contain important insights into my psyche. Jung has nothing to say on this particular matter. As a rutabaga expert I am sure this is something to which you have given great thought.

Thank you. I will urgently await your reply, as I suspect I will remain too troubled to sleep until this issue has been resolved.

Dreams are wish fulfillment, according to Freud, and serve as the "royal road to the unconscious." The solution to your dilemma is simple: include more rutabagas in your well-balanced diet, starting immediately. The association with the Titanic suggests that your yearning for more rutabaga is reaching crisis proportions. (You'll have to consult with a psychotherapist about the Russian doll and Leo III.) There are hundreds of fine recipes online, as a Google search will quickly reveal. Good luck, sweet dreams and bon appétit!

I believe your dream means that your love for rutabagas will give you great understanding and insight like finding treasure, this is what it means to find the russian doll inside the rutabaga. Eating mashed rutabaga with your bare hands while talking with very important officials is a further support for not only finding great insight about the rutabaga but in a very basic down to earth way (bare hands) you will present your very valuable information to great people.
